HR Administration

• Assist in organising and maintaining HR records and filing systems.
• Support onboarding preparations (e.g., welcome kits, paperwork, access setup).
• Assist with exit clearance processes, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
• Help prepare HR-related reports and presentation slides.

Training Coordination

• Assist in applying for training courses and updating training records.
• Support training logistics, including booking venues, preparing materials, and tracking attendance.
• Raise payment requests for training programs.
• Consolidate and analyse training feedback to improve future sessions.

Recruitment Support

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Arrange interview logistics, including venue setup or virtual meeting links.
• Assist in candidate communication and follow-ups.

Employee Engagement

• Support workplace engagement programs and activities.
• Assist in drafting and designing EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) to promote HR initiatives.
• Update engagement programme details on the intranet for staff applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for wellness workshops and engagement activities.
• Consolidate attendance records and feedback forms to measure program impact.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, resourceful, and eager-to-learn attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
